Dr. Julia Tomlinson

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Twin Cities Animal Rehabilitation

Dr. Tomlinson is a board certified specialist in sports medicine and rehabilitation (Diplomate, ACVSMR) and was the first such canine specialist in the State of Minnesota.  She is a pioneer within the field, lectures nationally and internationally at conferences for veterinarians and is a consultant in musculoskeletal wellness for the pet food industry.  She is a past president of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and in 2007 founded the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians (AARV). 

Jenny Taylor

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Before transitioning her career focus to VROMP, Jenny spent over a decade performing various roles in fields of Accounting, Finance & Operations and also started her own financial consulting business.  When she’s not working with the VROMP team, you can find her with her husband and her two daughters while their family dog keeps them in tight herd.

Prior to VROMP Brian had a 15 year corporate career in Finance & Business Development along with running his family’s private investment portfolio.   Outside of VROMP Brian enjoys working with young entrepreneurs at his alma matter Michigan State University, spending time with his wife & kids, and  running his sporting dogs.

  • Jessica Thorndike I Operations Analyst

    Jessica joined the VROMP team after many years in Recreation Management and most recently after serving as Customer Service Director for a digital marketing company. She holds a master’s degree in Education and has a passion for people and processes. In her free time Jessica enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing and spending time with her husband and daughter.

  • Dayna Kowalczyk I Operations Coordinator

    CVPM, LVMT, CCRVN, CVBL

    Dayna joined the VROMP team after over 13 years practicing in veterinary medicine, 7 of those being in the field of veterinary physical rehabilitation and 5 being in rehabilitation practice management. She is a licensed veterinary technician with additional certifications in veterinary physical rehabilitation, pain management, and veterinary business leadership and veterinary practice management. Outside of work Dayna enjoys spending time in nature either hiking, camping, or paddleboarding with her husband and two rowdy pups or soaking in the music scene in Nashville.

  • Dr. Evelyn Orenbuch I Strategic Advisor

    DVM, DACVSMR, CAVCA

    Dr. Orenbuch is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (DACVSMR) She was an original board member of the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians, later becoming president. Dr. Orenbuch founded Georgia Veterinary Rehabilitation, Fitness and Pain Management (GVR), the leading rehabilitation facility in the Southeast. She has consulted, written, and lectured nationally and internationally about the medicine and business of small animal rehabilitation. Dr. Orenbuch was a past chair for the PR&M Committee for the ACVSMR leading the charge to get the word out to general practice as well as specialty veterinarians, veterinary students and the general public about the benefits of veterinary rehabilitation.
